Ms. Very disappointed with the furniture that i purchased and they did not want to make good on the insurance policy i bought. It is just a scam to get you to buy again since they refund it if you don't use it in the form of store credit. What a scam!
Awesome Customer Service! I bought 6000.00 worth of furniture this year and am very pleased. They delivered when they said they would. The furniture is beautiful. The whole experience was great.
What a great place to buy! We bought our dining room set from here on the recommendation of a friend about a year ago and what a savings! We had priced the same set at several other stores and Value City had the best prices. Delivery was prompt and without problems.
