May/June 2025 Went to the new show room in Canton, MI. Sales woman’s named Joyce worked with us to pick out over $11,000 in furniture. Joyce was amazing, easy to work with, professional, excellent customer service, an all-around great experience. Where it all went downhill…Novi store coordinated furniture delivery. Two men deliver the furniture, both men were in a rush, were not friendly, put items against newly painted walls, small scratch on new hardwood floors.
