Taylor is literally the only helpful person here and she was great. Affordable couches, just purchased my second one from here however the lady at financials and the one who calls to tell you your order is here are rude after you pay all of that money and doesnt give enough info in regards to the pick up process and just expects you to know. After 4 separate delays I cancelled my order. I waited 4 months for a $2400 purchase just to get another call for another delay. They are not interested in serving you unless you take what they have in store. Nice people, terrible business. They got to hold my money for a whole business quarter however...
