I had a bad experience with delivery drivers they were worthless. They took two hours to get two things up the stairs. lied and said the stuff wouldn't fit when I have two other bedroom sets up the stairs. One was constantly on the phone. So know we are sleeping on the floor and told my husband they couldn't get back out until next Tuesday they would do it free of charge. Staff is very friendly, good selection
The other day, we ordered a wonderful sectional. We picked it up the furniture yesterday from the docking bay. The guys were super friendly and wrapped all of our pieces in plastic. Turns out that it started raining and my furniture was nice and dry when I got home, thanks to them!! The customer service was good. The guy was a little odd but helpful and got us what we needed. Value City has some really nice selections to choose from. Definitely will be back.
I do not recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase furniture. We had such a bad experience and do not wish it upon anyone like us that spent hard earned money on furniture for their home. We bought a love seat and sofa set last September 2024 on a memorial day sale and payed for it in full and had a very nice and pleasant experience in the store with our wonderful sales person nancy.
