Absolutely the worst furniture company to purchase from!! We bought our dinning room set in November when we received the shipment they brought it all damaged with promises to bring new furniture back. The drivers never let the store no they have lost our orders countless times. Every time we call no one knows what's going on it's like we are no body's trying for free furniture. We spend almost 4K on this furniture to be treated this way is ridiculous. They schedule deliveries of the furniture only to call and say they damag... read more

I put a 1-star rating for Value City Furniture because the Value City Furniture in Monroeville ordered a part back in October 20th for my Mom's chair I called and beginning of Summer they said it's been shipped and they should be receiving it early or if not I'll be here by the February 7th they have no other information for me so now we have to wait until the part comes in which is now over four and a half months they ordered another part which could take another 4 to 12 weeks so what we supposed to do I asked why don't the... read more

Horrible customer service! Worst ive ever seen!! Never before have i went to buy something that they wont sell! Talked to customer service, spoke to the manager, called main store and still nothing!!! Complete idiots. Couldnt sell ice water at the gates of hell.

It has taken 4 weeks for our furniture to finally be complete. We will never buy furniture from here again. The couch and love seat were both defective when delivered week one. Week 2 they were supposed to both be replaced. Nope not what happened. Only brought a bracket. Week 3 only replaced the couch. Finally week 4 it's all ok after they were late with the delivery. I purchased a futon from the Monroeville store, but the delivery was handled by the Robinson store. Beware of the delivery service because they do not do what they say they will. My item was supposed to be delivered and assembled, but the lazy delivery drivers refused to assemble my item because they claimed it would take to long. I was stuck with assembling the futon myself, and now I have to get my delivery fee refunded since they only did half of what they were supposed to do. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere... read more
