I will never order anything from value city! I bought a sectional and chair on 11/5/19 and still waiting on a cushion. This sofa was 1700 and I called three times and was told it was on back order. Finally went to the store today and they told me that they are sold out and to wait longer. This is ridiculous and embarrassing. They did not offer any compensation or anything. They just told me to wait. I will NEVER order anything and be sure to tell everyone my experience because it was the worst experience
I will never buy another thing from Value City Furniture (451 Clairton Blvd, Pittsburgh) I ordered a new mattress, box spring and frame on Thursday. Was promised delivery today. The delivery guys came and set up the frame and the box spring and that was all I got. Only to find out what I ordered (almost $2,000) was not in stock. Ridiculous!

Only having had our living room set a year, and having bought the 5 year "oh they cover EVERYTHING" warranty, the springs in both our love seat and couch are crap, and the stuffing is bunched/lacking in the foot rests. They denied the claim. At this place, you don't even get what you paid for. Buyer beware! Garbage company. �
