I had a problem with a piece of furniture we purchased here. I called for repair, the personnel was friendly and responsive. The repairman was prompt and curtious, fixed the problem in my home, and left, no problem!
This place is the worst! The customer service is absolutely missing. They don't deliver on ANY of their promises & only half-heartedly try to make the situation right. Take it from my experience. DON'T GO THERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
