My entire experience with Value City has been poor. The order was wrong, the communication non existent and the customer service subpar to say the least. 4.5 months later and we still do not have the correct sized bed frame even though we purchased the full set (mattress, box spring and frame at the same time from the same salesman) but we did have a very condescending call from a different sales rep who kept saying "My man" while attempting to explain why it was my fault they put the order in wrong. Just horrible, had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came to door and you call the number and no one picks up the phone
We bought a recliner on a Friday, picked it up on Saturday. On Wednesday the wooden frame on the back cracked. We were told there was a one year warranty, we declined their extended warranty, which I am now not confident that they would honor that warranty either. Certainly we didn’t expect the furniture to break less than a week of using it. Value City tells us they won’t stand behind their product and won’t do anything for us.
