This agency is very undependable and does not provided the services as promoted or promised. No one showed up or contacted us 2 of the 12 days we used them, leaving us with no care for my 90 year old mother. Two days they left early, with no noticed before hand. The aides did not do any laundry, cleaning of the area and on one occasion left us with a wet bed. We were called on to assist them in their job functions.
