If I could give a Zero star I would they are Below any possible star giving rate I used them to take care of my mother They were inconsistent with their services I never knew if anyone will show up! Last minute cancellations, and most of their caregivers didn’t know what the hell they were doing! I had to remove a few of them from my house as all they did is be on their phone if you want your loved ones to be taken care of stay away from this company They bill you for hours at the wrong rate. Very unprofessional !!!
RecommendedI used your agency for 2 months while my mother was in Hospice. We had one care giver Monday-Friday and another over the weekends.We used the first two you sent us the entire time because they were both GREAT!! Valery Lindsey and Janet Carpenter were both excellent. The loving care they gave my mother could not be surpassed. Above the care for Mom, they also kept her apartment spotless. If all of your staff are as wonderful as these 2 woman, why would anyone go anywhere else? Thank you and Janet and Valery. We are grateful!
My deepest thanks to Value Care for the exceptional care their wonderful caregivers provided to my mother in the last fourteen months of her life. My Mom had heard plenty of horror stories about assisted living facilities, and it was critical to my siblings and I that we keep our Mom in her own home.
