ashley (manager) very unprofessional and rude, didn't know the inventory,didn't make recommendations when asked to speak to the manger she was the the manger worst experience at a value buds I've ever had
The current manager Ashley has poor customer service and is very rude. I would not recommend this location as she does not even have experience and patience to make a recommendation but rather direct you to read the wall. We want Justin back he was fantastic with customers and is a pleasure to deal with.
Hello sir / mam . today I am here to acknowledge you about the situation and treatment happened with me at value buds store which was one of my favourite and most visited store for last 1.5 years . But today how rudely and unprofessionally , even threatened by the employees of the store on Sunday 31st of August . I was in the store exact at 10:50 PM .
