The current manager Ashley has poor customer service and is very rude. I would not recommend this location as she does not even have experience and patience to make a recommendation but rather direct you to read the wall. Been going to this location every other day since February 2025 when I moved into my apartment. Long wait times, unfriendly customer service. And finally today the straw that broke the camels back. If you're selling a product, maybe ensure it actually works the way it's intended. And if you're going to put the responsibility on the customer of making another trip to and from the dispensary, at the very least be apologetic and sympathize with the situation. ashley (manager) very unprofessional and rude, didn't know the inventory,didn't make recommendations when asked to speak to the manger she was the the manger worst experience at a value buds I've ever had Called me out in the store for complaining against her the manger (Ashley) is very rude and trying to get my girlfriend and I upset " you guys don't have to shop here". Shes very unprofessional and was trying to provoke us. This is my second bad interaction with this so called store manager
