We were so happy with the workmanship and attention to detail when they installed our whole house full of shutters and shades. We ran across Frank Giglio at the home show and told him of the problem we had with one of the shades. We now have perfectly operating shades. We wouldn't hesitate a minute to recommend Frank and Value Shades to anyone!
We were so impressed with Frank Giglio's work, that when we moved out of the area, we asked him to come and do our new draperies and window treatments. They are gorgeous, match our other furnishings, and we hope to take them with us when we move again. We fully endorse the work and ideas of Frank and his team.
