ValuCycle is and always has been a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for all of your service needs. It's rare these days to find people that know what customer service is but Tim has always gone above and beyond in taking care if his customers.
This to follow up on a post from June 23, 2017. My husband went to pick up his battery that he had left a few days prior. They gave him the wrong battery but Tim and Calvin swore this was the correct battery. So this weekend trying to make sure everything was working correctly on his 2014 polaris side by side, the battery was not working. My dad went in to get his battery that he dropped off a few days prior. They not only lost his battery but the mechanic said the one they gave him "should" work. That is definitely not reassuring and was the worst customer service on the planet. There's a reason they're weeks behind.. because they have no clue what they're doing.
If you want great quality service and the best customer service you need to try Valu Cycle. Tim and Calvin are the best and that's why they stay so busy. Thanks Tim and Calvin for taking care of my Bike.
