My husband and I are trying to refinance our home, just to reduce our mortgage payment. We are using Quicken Loans, who chose to use this appraisal company for our appraisal. The person came on Oct 27th, took pictures from her car as they do now a days. A few days later we received the report, the report had many discrepancies in it that caused our appraisal to come in low. This companies customer service is TERRIBLE. They can out on a Thursday and said we would have the appraisal over the weekend. It is not the NEXT Wednesday and we still do not have it. This is holding up on my closing...I would recommend that you go to someone else if at all possible.
