I wish I could give this place a 0. I told them exactly what I needed in an aide and I stated that they needed to speak and comprehend English. They sent me someone who speaks some English, but she was French and had to use translator most of the time. The 2 nd time she came she was supposed to just wash my bedding and put it on my bed. She couldn’t even do that, she did nothing.
