If i can give them half a star i would. Unprofessional agents. They run late without giving you heads up then show up and finish the appraisal in less than 5 minutes. They went upstairs on carpet with shoes on without even asking if it is ok to go up with shoes on. I’ve had appraisal agents coming to my previous property and they spent ample amount of time taking pictures and looking around to develop a report. I would highly NOT recommend them!! Valuation Source just finished an appraisal for a single family residence and I have never been more shocked at the seemingly low low low appraisal. The property has solar, $30,000 dollars in upgrades - compared to others close by, was painted with in the last 2 years and yet the appraisal came in no higher than properties that did not have the type and extent of upgrades of this property.
