I called and spoke with Michael to get some information about a rental here and was harassed via text messages by him after I did not rent a unit from him. He sent unprofessional memes via text and told me to DROP IT after I attempted to call and speak with his boss. I was sent straight to voicemail as then sent a text to DROP IT. Who does business like this? I’m glad I did not rent from Valu Storage now for sure. Michael sealed the deal for me with his unprofessional behavior.
