I used Personal Plumber in the past, they are expensive but did the job correctly. However this last time I am livid with how I was treated. 2 jobs were suppose to take 1 day. It turned into 3 days. Had one toilet installed, I had to remove it from the house and help place the new toilet in place. The plumber disappeared for about an hour to buy parts. They charged me over $600. Had plumber estimate the replacement of an outside faucet and accepted the estimate in good faith. The estimate became $140 higher because the plumber didn't have the part with him and spent 45 minutes getting it. I felt coerced into paying the additional because I needed the job done. I called the company and felt the owner didn't really care about me, just getting more money then estimated. I just cannot recommend a company that cares more about lining their pockets then providing honest work. I don't even feel they deserv... read more

Had them come out to my rental to snake a sewer, plumber they sent couldn't complete the job . Had to hire another plumbing contractor who charged half of what they did and got the issue repaired the first time. Called to speak with the owner to let him know he was rude and argumentative. They still wanted $160.00 for not performing the work.
