I had stopped at Valu in Hamburg yesterday and met the most helpful man named GLENN. Was looking for some grass seed, soil, and few other items. First time trying to grow grass back, so he was so informative and patience with all of my questions. He had a great sense of humor and was beyond kind. Thank you, Glenn!!!
The worker Tim answered the phone for me today and had wonderful customer service! He helped me to find the products I was looking for, and gave me some good recommendations. As a girl I have received a lot of condescension when shopping for home improvement things but he was a genuine, respectful, kind, and helpful guy. We need more Tim’s in this world! Be like Tim.
