Carlos just dropped off my unit. Gotta say, what a pro! Know's his stuff and boy oh boy can he maneuver that truck!! The unit was a 20 footer and my space was for a 15 footer! He did it! No issues!! Thank you very much and highly recommend.
I am very impressed with the customer service of Valtran. I highly recommend their services! Every interaction with Valtran has been very positive from the initial phone call to the actual delivery. Steve (Delivery Man) was very professional and took the time to so everything safely and cleanly. Simply, the delivery was perfect! The staff of knowledgeable and friendly! Communication has been phenomenal!
Our church onCape Cod has an annual rummage sale and we needed additional storage space to accommodate all of the donations we were receiving. Everything about the experience was exemplary, from scheduling to delivery to pickup. They are amazing. From Valerie who had to listen to my aweful experience with POD and assure me when she said a delivery date it was not going to change and get delayed 3 times. To Garlos who called 40 minutes before he got here and was on time! Placed the unit exactly where I wanted it. I am so happy and will never use anyone else again. Thank you all so much!
