I have been a customer for a few years now and I always receive Excellent personalized service. In addition to getting the services I need, the entire staff is friendly and the salon is very clean. I highly recommend having Val do any and all aspects of your hair care.

I had a very bad experience. I took my son for a haircut with Valentina. Our appointment was at 9:30. When we were there she was not even aware and she was doing someone else’s hair. After waiting 15 min, I showed her a picture of a previous haircut, asked her to use scissors only. I totally trusted and went sitting in the waiting area while she was working. I was a walk in. I just wanted a simple haircut, wash and blow. My hair is super short, it literally took her 30 minutes. When I went to pay it was 88 dollars!!!! I was in shock! I never asked how much was it going to be, but never in my wildest dreams did I think that much. I knew I was going to pay a little more because of the area, but not that much.
