I seriously cannot get over my hair!! I had been coloring it myself for a while, so I went in with uneven color, missed spots underneath, and just hair that desperately needed a refresh. I knew what I was hoping for but Stephanie somehow made it even better than I pictured. The color is SO beautiful and blended and my hair looks completely different while still looking so natural. My first and last visit to this salon. My stylist Tina, who did not perform a strand test, completed a full balayage and blowout for my medium long, thick hair in about five hours. I showed her two photos, and we went with the warm cappuccino highlights, which resulted in a face-framing highlight that was too light, and a balayage instead of the highlights I booked. I’ve been coming to Valentina since she first opened her salon, and she’s been doing my hair ever since. I always leave loving the results—she never disappoints! The staff were lovely, and the customer service was good. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the final result. I brought my daughter here for her birthday because she wanted a few subtle pink highlights. We showed a photo for reference and were told that the exact shade of pink would not be possible, so we selected a different pink together. However, her highlights turned out noticeably red, which neither of us likes. We waited to see whether the color would fade or settle after a few washes, but it is still clear... read more
