My first and last visit to this salon. My stylist Tina, who did not perform a strand test, completed a full balayage and blowout for my medium long, thick hair in about five hours. I showed her two photos, and we went with the warm cappuccino highlights, which resulted in a face-framing highlight that was too light, and a balayage instead of the highlights I booked. I’ve been coming to Valentina since she first opened her salon, and she’s been doing my hair ever since. I always leave loving the results—she never disappoints! The staff were lovely, and the customer service was good. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the final result. I brought my daughter here for her birthday because she wanted a few subtle pink highlights. We showed a photo for reference and were told that the exact shade of pink would not be possible, so we selected a different pink together. However, her highlights turned out noticeably red, which neither of us likes. We waited to see whether the color would fade or settle after a few washes, but it is still clear... read more
