Not a great experience. Good sales communication and competitive pricing, then delays for installation without communication. Once installation started, the process was smooth until the electrician discovered no accommodations were made to run the lights and fan wiring, which was clear in the quote provided. At no time did they mention anything about me having my electrician no site. It was never brought up and they never addressed it despite their false claims below. Contracted in June of 2025, work started 5 months later. To date, the work is not complete, and the company is refusing to repair mistakes and damage caused by their installation crew. This leaves me with an unfinished screen enclosure with numerous visible cosmetic defects. Valrose President, Jason Gutman, has been unresponsive after initially promising to make everything right and provide bi-weekly status updates. No work has been done by Valrose since January 2026.
