Paint chipping from day one. They will not come out and even look at the work despite countless pictures. Damaged sprinklers and landscape lighting. We selected a color worried how it would look. Asked for pictures of the same color shade they’ve installed in the passed to make sure it would match the house. All renderings and pictures looked fine. But the shades we got are yellow. They will not honor, discount, or fix the paint. Legal action was taken. Do not use if you have a high end home.
We had an excellent experience with Valrose! Premier Shade Structures. Rolando and the entire team were professional, reliable, answered all of my calls and questions. The installers , on time , professional and did a beautiful job with the installation! I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received from Valrose. It was a pleasure working with them . I highly recommend them! 15 stars!
