After leaving an excellent review initially, I unfortunately need to revise it. I contacted Valrose (Specifically Monica) because the metal plates that secure my outdoor shade began rusting after only six months. These plates are part of an outdoor installation, so exposure to the elements is expected and should have been accounted for in the materials and finish used.
