We had scheduled for a certain day so I took the day off work; they did not come nor let me know they had rescheduled. I had to call them to ask what was happening. I have patiently waited to see if they finally finish my job from September 2024, it is now March 26, 2025 and they continue to delay, excuse after excuse. Their focus is for commercial jobs, not residential. Residential work is pushed out without warning or communication until they have time. Their back-office team has no coordination or communication skills as I have to continually follow-up, and push for updates. Michael and his crew did a great job on my pergola. They put it together efficiently in 3 days but also took their time to make sure every detail was perfect. I would definitely recommend Valrose to everybody
