Horribly ran place corporation bought up bunch of trailer parks and now just runs them into the ground and are only worried about getting the application fee to pocket it they will lie and say anything to get your money this park and one on CR 579 and also one in Gibsonton look on BBB they have nothing but bad complaints.
I applied to this mobile home May 17, took them 2 weeks to email back requesting documents. It's been 1 month and still no response from them. I've been calling and calling and emailing and not 1 email or phone call back. They took me and my sons application fee then ghosted us. We just trying to find a place to live.
