Closed when supposed to be open. They don’t answer the phone and don’t call back even when you leave a message. So much for renting from them. Go elsewhere and don’t waste time like I did

Worst storage facility EVER! The office is never open. The phone always goes to voicemail and then when you leave a message the corporate office calls you and you never get to talk to a person from the actual facility. This place is run down, broken doors, no cameras except facing the building that the office person lives in. The fact that someone lives on site and can’t open the office during the week is beyond unacceptable.

Glad to see this storage facility reopen. Always nice dealing with a locally owned small company. I'm so tired of the other larger storage companies with their bait and switch tactics. Greg was awesome. Genuinely cares and will go out of his way to help you out. Prices are great too. Half the price of the Public Storage or Extra Space that are a few minutes away.

This facility is currently under repair from the past hurricanes of 2024. They are working very hard here to get the property up to standards. The owners are wonderful people and they are hard workers. They take the time to listen to you and take care of your needs. They made me very happy. Thanks Greg and Tina.
