LAZY!!!!!!!!I honestly feel bad for the "property managers" for one they have no real power. They hire the people with awesome personality so you connect and like them alil better. And i think its embarrassing they have a Improvement Award in the office and nothing has improved since i lived here almost 9 years ago but HAD TO come back. Nothing is considered an emergency even tho they claim that they do emergency repairs,its always,"Ill call my boss and see if they consider it an emergency".Even if your toilet over flooding ... read more
Horribly ran place corporation bought up bunch of trailer parks and now just runs them into the ground and are only worried about getting the application fee to pocket it they will lie and say anything to get your money this park and one on CR 579 and also one in Gibsonton look on BBB they have nothing but bad complaints.
