This has been the worst experience with this shop. They had my car for 2 months paid them $2500 claimed they fixed the timing chain and plugs. Took my car back 3 times because it’s still having the same problem I took it to them for. Talked to owner he said he would call me back. Refuses to call me back. I will be contacting my lawyer. I took my car to a shop so it could be fixed properly and professionally and yet I still have a car I paid $2500 to get fixed and my car is still having the same issues.
I had Valpro work on my transmission over the summer. The end price was more than twice the quote. They cut my exhaust in 2 places to get to the transmission and welded it back together. Now I have an exhaust leak and my pipes are uneven coming out the back. They removed bolts from a power steering line and never put them back. I've had to replace the line, since it vibrated and broke. Would not recommend using these guys !!! -10 stars !!!

After driving my Subaru Outback on a gravel pathway, I found my front left wheel was making an ear-piercing screech. As a precaution, I brought it into Valpo Auto & Transmission to see if they could diagnose the problem. Within 24 hours of bringing my vehicle in on a busy weekday, the mechanics already went through it and found it was most likely a rock wedged within the rotor.
