After driving my Subaru Outback on a gravel pathway, I found my front left wheel was making an ear-piercing screech. As a precaution, I brought it into Valpo Auto & Transmission to see if they could diagnose the problem. Within 24 hours of bringing my vehicle in on a busy weekday, the mechanics already went through it and found it was most likely a rock wedged within the rotor. Awful just Awful . Find someone else . Once they tow it it's a nightmare.
Took my truck for transmission repair, was told I needed a rebuild- would take a few days- after 2 weeks and many phone calls with no answer and many voice mails- never returned we had to drive up there. They finally got it done, had my truck back for a few days and is was messing up again- this time they had to re program some chip- so they have it for yet another week with the same lack of communication .
