Awful just Awful . Find someone else . Once they tow it it's a nightmare.
Took my truck for transmission repair, was told I needed a rebuild- would take a few days- after 2 weeks and many phone calls with no answer and many voice mails- never returned we had to drive up there. They finally got it done, had my truck back for a few days and is was messing up again- this time they had to re program some chip- so they have it for yet another week with the same lack of communication . Took my Great aunties chrysler to them in December for a transmission issue.....after months of frustration and Adult words was said Jim or Jeff whatever his name is he told me they was gonna find and fix the issue and they did she's happy with it that's all that counts......good job fellas
