I drove 2hrs away to find a company that was truly 24/7. Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, after 1700, answered the phone. In all, great doing business with!!! Fully stocked and knowledgeable!
Emailed them and never responded. Called and acknowledged receiving my email but wasn't going to bother responding i guess. I inquired about some fittings we needed pressed on some new hoses and got the most condescending response. I am sorry to bother you but thankfully Pirtek got us squared away with no issues on a Saturday. I will not be back here again. I’m from TN. They were kind enough to call and check to make sure I got the right thread size for the repair I am making. I can’t say enough about the great customer service.
