Very poor professionalism, they don’t return calls neither emails make yourself a favor stay away from that firm as a veteran we active members and veterans deserve better service and RESPECT from an institution that claim to be helpful and to be there for us service and ex service members when needed.

This law firm ripped me off time and money. As per the review below me which states this law firm nickel and dimes you is true as this law firm has a $500 file closure fee. This law firm also has a paralegal that is notorious for not returning emails or phone calls and when you do manage to talk to her you have to pay her wage of $150 an hour to re-illiterate issues. Example: an extension was requested by vac to send info. Once the extension passed, it took me numerous attempts to find her to ask what’s the update to find th... read more
