Reached out about vaccine injury in the military. We weren't even worth a reply....There's 10 080 minutes in a week and we weren't with 2 of them for a response.
Horrible firm to work with. The lawyer has a "fake it till you make it" attitude and she will insult you if you question her "ability." It's actually embarrassing. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Two weeks ago I called about a law matter I have. I was told to send in an email with the details, which I did. A week went by with no response, so I did a follow up to see what was going on. It's been another week now and no response to either my initial email or my follow up email. Very unprofessional in returning emails and contacting a potential client back. Professional and friendly
Be warned, if you expect a phone call back or email back from them … Goodluck !! Very poor professionalism, they don’t return calls neither emails make yourself a favor stay away from that firm as a veteran we active members and veterans deserve better service and RESPECT from an institution that claim to be helpful and to be there for us service and ex service members when needed.
