I reached out to Val not knowing her at all about a property that she had listed. From day 1 until closing and then even after that she’s been nothing short of wonderful. An absolute pleasure to deal with, does a great job and her attention to detail is second to none. Once we had a signed contract here in Idaho I needed to sell our house outside of ID. The best realtor ever. Valorie went over and above helping to prepare my home. Inspections. Suggestions. Mine was an older home, but she got rolling to make sure everything was up to code, and beautifully staged. It sold quickly at a top price. I could not recommend her more highly.
