Dra. Dalienn juarbe is a great dr.and also her assistant.
Horrible experience
As a new patient, I was provided with an appointment card by the receptionist. However, upon my arrival on the scheduled date, I was informed that no appointment was on record for me. I had not received any prior communication regarding a cancellation or alteration to my appointment. Despite presenting the appointment card, the receptionist offered to reschedule without providing an explanation for the discrepancy. This experience has left me with an unfavorable initial impression.
I updated my insurance plan last year and was assigned this practice as my primary. I have been having visits as a new patient since October 2025. Overall, I am very happy to practice provides transportation for me as I am wheelchair bound they cannot get to appointments so I get picked up and brought home. The staff and doctors are the best. I also had Issues with a broken refrigerator around Thanksgiving and when my doctor found out about it, she provided me with food donation from the on-site food pantry The care and atte... read more
