Starting coming to Saturday events and met Maria with Marketing who made it easy to merge to Valora. Dr. Gonzalez is amazing and I can say I can trust her with my health. All staff is amazing and the transportation is a big plus. 100% recommended.
Dr Gonzalez is an excellent doctor. Through examination and explains everything. However the office staff needs a lot of work. They schedule appointments at the same time they arrive, and have to settle in ( turn on TV, computer) Don’t greed patients.before patient is checked in. The medical assistant should ask for help if she has trouble drawing blood and not keep poking the patient. (Was left two bad bruises that lasted 10 days). Was called 7 times to be reminded of appointment. Was told they weren’t responsible.
DR.Gonzalez is very intelligent on gow she explains treatment. All her staff treated me well and made me feel comfortable.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Gonzales but the way the office works is unacceptable. My appointments which are required for medication have been cancelled without my knowledge, I’m told I can’t have a referral by the staff, not the doctor, and referrals I’m supposed to have gotten I never did. Dr. Gonzales has genuinely saved my life unfortunately because of how the practice is run, I won’t be going back.
