I highly recommend Dr. Omar Perez. He is very compassionate and truly understands his patients’ needs. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel supported with your health. The staff at Valora in Davenport, FL are wonderful, especially Gigi—she is incredibly kind and always goes out of her way to help with everything you need. Very disappointed with this Dr office, never ever had a problem until now, I been in the hospital emergency room 4x this pass week, pressure, heart, sugar, this Dr Omar perez I go see him after seeing my A1c which is 9.4 I requested to see an endocrinologist but I needed a referral and him as a Dr tell me i don't need to see an endocrinologist, I couldn't understand that, then tell me why am I going to the emergency room, now why you as a Dr ask me that. August 2025 - A request for a referral to an endocrinologist got our family KICKED OUT OF THIS OFFICE. And, my father and sister have now been ABANDONED BY DR. OMAR PEREZ SOTO as instructed by his leadership NICHOLAS PICHARDO. VALORA MEDICAL IS A DISGRACEFUL EXAMPLE OF WHAT MEDICAL CARE IS SUPPOSED TO BE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND MAY GOD FORGIVE YOU. Complaints filed with MEDICARE.GOV, FLORIDA BOARD OF MEDICINE & FREEDOM HEALTH.
