August 2025 - A request for a referral to an endocrinologist got our family KICKED OUT OF THIS OFFICE. And, my father and sister have now been ABANDONED BY DR. OMAR PEREZ SOTO as instructed by his leadership NICHOLAS PICHARDO. VALORA MEDICAL IS A DISGRACEFUL EXAMPLE OF WHAT MEDICAL CARE IS SUPPOSED TO BE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND MAY GOD FORGIVE YOU. Complaints filed with MEDICARE.GOV, FLORIDA BOARD OF MEDICINE & FREEDOM HEALTH.

I would give this office and Dr Perez a 0 if an option! I've called several times and no response. I have a serious medical problem! This office is a disgrace!! Miss Dr Baunichi! Promises a call back, promises refills of necessary meds, promises help! No response! STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK AFTER 2 WEEKS!

There are a couple of ladies there that are not too friendly And on my second visit they made me wait 40 minutes and I left without seeing the doctor 😡😡
