On hold for now an hour to get appointment for today. Still on hold as I write this review. Unprofessional!!
First time going and had amazing service. Took two sick toddlers and were seen in less than 15min including all the paperwork. My son had previously had some trauma at a horrible place in Oregon and the NP and staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable.
We have a nice community here in Emmett. How come our Medical team here be able to treat the clients with respect?? If you don't want to truly help the people who come in to be seen , only to be misdiagnosed, make you wait on a prescription. Then go get a different job. Reading everyone's experience here at Valor makes me wonder , they don't really care abt people coming in for their appointments or emergency care Where's your Christianity. Excellent Health Care from the Dr's and Staff. Plus All the Staff are Courteous Upon Greeting Everyone
That doctors don't seem to care about your need i got pneumonia and they told me it was acid reflux
