This was the first major repair/insurance claim we have ever made as homeowners. With obvious hail damage, our insurance was not wanting to cover much of anything. They sent a full crew to complete the project in one day. Work crew was experienced, courteous, and cleaned up during and after job. Nick was the project manager and he did an excellent job of running the crew. We are please with the final results. Love our new roof!
Three years ago, Valor Roofing replaced our roof after a hailstorm. Last summer, we noticed tar dripping from the patio roof onto our patio. We contacted Valor and requested that the issue be addressed under their warranty. I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Valor is the best!! I worked with Vinnie and Marcus to get my roof inspected after a hail storm. The inspection is completely free and they showed me pictures of the damage that was done that needed to be dealt with. They called my home insurance company on my behalf and took care of all the paperwork and dealings with insurance. I paid my insurance deductible and Valor took care of the rest!
