Just had our roof inspected by the folks at Valor Roof and Solar, and gotta say I was so impressed with the process that I felt comprelled to write this. Johno took the time to ispect, what seemed like, every incho of our home litereally from top to bottom, and when he was done he provided such a thorough report of our entire property from roof, gutters, siding, deck, paint, etc. complete with pictures, descriptions, and recommendations. Valor installed my roof a couple of years ago. After some recent hail, they were proactive about checking up in case any damage had occurred. Johno made the process painless and efficient, informing me of exactly what elements he inspected and their condition. Thankfully no damage this time! But it's nice to know they stand behind their work.
Johno at VALOR is AMAZING !! He explained the entire Insurance Process and walked me through everything step-by-step step, so I could actually understand everything. He's been incredible to work with, and I highly recommend him and the VALOR Team! They are True Professionals.
