This therapy was Both engaging and enlightening. As someone who is new to therapy, I assumed it would just mostly be talking and telling somebody my problem while being given suggestions. Valor has a unique framework that is a young man who felt like everything had fallen apart, helped me to build a foundation to work on both my mental health, as well as my life. Great working with Theatric. He listens to you and helps you fill in the gaps to make you more complete and provides coaching as well. He gives the jewels but you’ll have to actively do the work.
