Val helped get my home staged for showings, she had the photos professionally done. She put custom Note Cards all over the house pointing out the extras in each room to the buyers. She walked me through filling out the contracts and kept me on track with all the dates in the contract. She helped me evaluate the offers to pick the best one which ended up being full price.
