I was in so much pain from hemorrhoids for almost a month and a half. I saw Dr. Matthews and he was able to help me (won't go into much detail) with the issue. The procedure was painful, but the Doctor and his staff made me feel comfortable and were very empathetic to my situation. A month later I am pain free and can get back to normal life. Thank you Dr Matthews and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Matthews for over a year. I started seeing him at 33 because I had a history of colorectal issues including a surgery in my early 20s. Dr. Matthews has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, but most of all, kind. Dr. Harry Lomas was great. His whole staff and everyone I dealt with made me feel comfortable. When you have to go five days a week for several weeks, you don't want to feel like just a customer. They made me feel like friends and was nice to see them every morning. I will miss that part.

I was referred here by my gp who also ordered an MRI for a mass on my leg. I found Dr. Matthews dismissive when he explained, after he reviewed the mri, that it was not what my gp suspected it was. While this was a relief to me, he acted as if I was wasting his valuable time. I didn’t request to see an oncologist, my gp referred me. I had to pry answers out if him.
