I can't comment on the doctors, but the office staff in the Chico location is the worst I have ever encountered in the medical profession. It seems their goal is to make it as difficult as possible to get an appointment and to tell you, when you insist on seeing the doctor who told you to make one, that it will be 4 or 5 months. I was able to get in to see another doctor through Enloe within weeks. AVOID Valor at all costs, and you will be way better off.
