My father came home on hospice through Valor Hospice February 26. The day before his 73rd birthday. Since day one the Valor team between the CNAs, Nurse, consultant & the social worker have all been such a Godsend to our family & father. My father’s nurse is Bryan & he is wonderful. I can contact him with any questions or concerns & he is quick to respond or even show up if needed. He will talk to my dad & just be great company. When my dad was assigned to Valor back in October, they did a great job with him. I am thankful for Bryan the nurse, Michael, the best caregiver and tech for caring for him. He transitioned this morning but the level of care and love that have for the patients is priceless.
I cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for everyone that has been helped me through such a difficult and delicate time for my father and me. I would like to give a big shout out to everyone that has helped us. Especially Jennifer, such a caring, articulate angel. Kept me updated regularly and explained everything in a professional, yet personal way. Also, Tonda and Shiela. Two of the best. I will always remember their kindness and would not hesitate at all to recommend them and Valor to anyone. All truly a God send
Michael king and Denis Avdeev have come and helped with events like bowling and birthdays and were exceptional. I can't recommend them enough
