Valor has done a wonderful job with our resident's needs, especially her health aide Amy who tends to her bathing needs and Laci their Hospice Consultant.
The interactions I've had with this team is professionally outstanding.
Put my mom on hospice with this provider. Only 2 people assisted on regular basis. Elizabeth the liaison and Albertine the nurse. The first Chaplin took forever to arrive and the social worker was useless. Day my mom passed it took 3 hours for a on call nurse to arrive. She was very impersonal. The social worker was going to send grief information and never did. I also received a sympathy card from their office with unknown names of people I never met or talked to. Valor team , Gucci , Amanda , Brittany , came thru again in a big way today . Gucci and the team pulled it off and got our Dad back home with transporter, Kayla and Junior, great people to deal with . Thank god we chose Valor
Valor has been so good in our time of need , it’s teamwork, I don’t know everyone’s name on the team , Elizabeth Garza has been so great. She jumps to take care of us .
