Excellent team work and taking care of Veterans needs is the best part of my job
I am a veteran and patient in Copperas Cove Texas. I have never been so discussed with the care of my health as I get here. The doctor I see, PA Walker, is terrible as a medical professional. I wanted to talk to her about a list of things I have concerns about. Today was only my second visit with her. I started to ask her/teller her what was going on. Do not waste your time working here. Management allows the veterans to say what they want to you on and off the phone. You will get cursed out by veterans every day and nothing will get done about it. Work environment very unsafe no security or police with veterans threatening to attack you on a daily basis. I was fired for being pregnant and speaking up for myself after being cursed out by an angry veteran and his wife who tried to attack me and told me that they would be back for me later that day.
