I've been going here since 2023. Their billing system is needlessly complicated, it switched from paypaling whoever owns this company to billing through their website, which is always broken or down. It makes it impossible to pay your bill, which is the most important thing to them. You are texted links with inactive links to pay your bill. My experience with Valor Health is there very kind to talk with if I leave text or message on phone they always get back with me within 24hrs.. Some of them I can't understand what she's saying and I deeply apologize for that but she doesn't get an attitude with me she just gets someone else to talk with me and again I deeply apologize for that...
