In the almost 30 years I have been dealing with my mental health issues I have met different doctors and been in plenty of doctors offices for my mental health.I can honestly say that Valor Health is the best. I can always get in touch with the staff when I need to speak with someone. There have been 2 instances where I needed medicine and Dr. Ololade called me back in 5 minutes and called in the medicine for me at my pharmacy. I am so glad that this office was referred to me!!
All they care about is money , avoid this place if you can.
The whole team is professional, kind, and respectful of patients’ time and comfort. Communication is clear and consistent, follow-ups are handled smoothly, and the experience feels supportive without being stressful. You can tell they care about patient well-being and making the process easy.
I've been going here since 2023. Their billing system is needlessly complicated, it switched from paypaling whoever owns this company to billing through their website, which is always broken or down. It makes it impossible to pay your bill, which is the most important thing to them. You are texted links with inactive links to pay your bill. I have missed so many appointments because their billing system did not work and they would not meet with me if the bill was unpaid.
