7500 St.Patrick Way Dublin, also known as Valor Crossing is where my wife and I have been living for about a year now. I believe the building itself is only about 7 or 8 years old. Valor Crossing is supposed to be affordable living, for military veterans and qualifying families. Valor Crossing claims that there goal for the building is to try and maintain a 50% veteran residency,and they seem to be able to maintain that 50% . Eden housing increases rent excessively while not properly maintaining their property at this Dublin location. Visit the location on Saint Patrick Way and you will see fire damage on the front entrance wall and filth and discoloring on the walkway that has been present for over a year. The other apartment communities in the area seem to be able to maintain their property with twice the tenants and pets. The carpeting is urine stained and filthy on all four floors. I live on the 2nd floor since 12-2017. I mostly keep to myself. Management and the staff are friendly enough. It's quiet now that the Evictions have stopped & I like it that I way.

Here’s the truth. I’ve been living here since August , 2018. Unfortunately, the tenants are marginalized. To be fair, there have been some tenants who have shown through their actions/behavior that they are not prepared to live inside around others Nonetheless, that doesn’t negate Eden’s responsibility to show their tenants respect, which they currently only due 50% of the time.
