I had a disappointing experience with this roofing company in Florida. The project was delayed multiple times without clear communication, and the workmanship did not meet expectations. After completion, I experienced issues that required follow-up, but customer service was slow and unresponsive. Given the cost of the project, I expected better professionalism and quality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
Very bad experience. They promised one thing and delivered another. The work was poorly done and communication was terrible. After getting paid, they basically disappeared and did not take responsibility for the issues. I do not recommend them.
