Frank is exceptional at his job. We have been kind of all over the place, with major plan changes and some curveballs regarding property complications, and Frank always had a solution. He makes working with the county much less daunting, we wouldn’t have gotten through the permitting process without his help as our civil engineer. Can’t thank him enough.
Mr. Marescalco provided outstanding service, professionalism, experience, knowledge, courteous communication, timeliness, reasonable and honest invoicing, coordination and follow up with planners and utility officials and assistance with connecting me to a contractor. I would highly recommend this business.
