Valor PLLC and Frank M. in particular exceeded my expectations of a civil engineer company and I would recommend others to this company without hesitation. The process of getting permits to build a home is complex and Frank was able to provide timely and detailed information to the city, contractor and all involved so my home could be built to meet all necessary codes with the city from a civil engineer perspective.
Frank did a fantastic job for our home construction project. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and responsible. He did everything he could to help with the permitting process and save us money on our build. Quality work, highly recommend working with him.

Frank did the civil engineering for my custom home build. He was the only one that was willing to take on the project and he did a great job. The parcel provided a number of engineering challenges, but Frank was able to solve all of them. Frank communicated promptly and professionally. I would choose Frank again I needed a civil engineer again.
Frank is exceptional at his job. We have been kind of all over the place, with major plan changes and some curveballs regarding property complications, and Frank always had a solution. He makes working with the county much less daunting, we wouldn’t have gotten through the permitting process without his help as our civil engineer. Can’t thank him enough.
