We have used Valor twice, and both times they have been excellent. One major chimney repair, and one smaller but important issue. Both times they were very responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, professional......just all around good. We were and are pleased.
Amazing service!! I will never use anyone else. Dave was so professional and knowledgeable. My fireplace is safe which lets me have peace of mind. When dave left there wasn't a spot of dust to be found. Thank you Valor!!
Can't say enough great things about the service we received! Highly recommend. Fabulous attention to detail and extremely strong communication with us; phoned the day before to confirm appointment, called 1/2 hour before arrival and David was in constant contact with us while performing our chimney service. After the service was completed David provided before and after photos of everything he did. If you need chimney service, Valor Chimney Services Corporation are the folks to call.
