Anthony, from sales, was great. He was kind, patient, and friendly. 5 stars for him. Nino from financing was uncomfortable to work with. We knew we didn't want a warranty going in, and he wouldn't respect that. No matter what reason we gave, he'd ask again. He was still talking about it as he walked us out even after all was said and done. We got a terrible rate through this dealer.
