So far so good! I've been living here a little over a month now, and compared to my last apartment I Love it. The environment is so welcoming and the neighbors are all very nice. As far as controlling the pool usage, residents are given bracelets for themselves and guests so everyone needs to use them while at the pool that way people who don't live here are not using the pool. The apartment we rented was a complete nightmare. The apt was rancid with cat urine throughout the apartment. The management could careless, and did nothing quickly to help us. Most of belongings were ruined by the smell. The state needs to investigate these criminals! RUN! This is an overpriced joke of an apartment complex! Management is terrible and the buildings are cheaply built. There are always issues that are never addressed and brushed under the rug. Don't let this "luxury lifestyle" fool you. Don't get sucked in by the pool! Come summer the residents get run out bc they allow this to become a public pool and the management chooses not to adress the issue. Please find elsewhere to rent!
The apartment manager is a joke. Really unprofessional, even worse than my college apartment that was ran by mostly students on their spare time. Now don't get me wrong they have a great leasing agent that is always there for any kind of questions I have. Although if you are relocating to Harlingen there are much cheaper options. I am a resident at Vantage Apartments in Harlingen. I relocated to Harlingen from Chicago due to work. Please believe me these are far from luxury apartments. I'm trying to break my lease now. There are several problems but ONE is that there is one small pool with less than 25 lounge chairs for over 250 units. Each unit can house from 1-7 people. Each unit is allowed two guests in the pool. However the property manager informed me there is no way to control the capacity of the pool, or to ascertain if the people in the pool ... read more
