Atrocious experience. Building had an active termite infestation that the team refused to properly treat despite receiving complaints from all of the tenants then proceeded to gaslight and strong-arm tenants by trying to convince us that the issue was not serious while we were stuck living in bug-infested apartments and by not letting anyone exit their lease. Great service
When I rented from Valmont, the agent I dealt with would change multiple times without any notification. One Friday I came home from work to find an eviction notice and claiming I hadn't paid rent in 3 months, but the agent couldn't talk with me because she was "on a boat in Florida having a good time." The following week I went in to repay the rent and found that the gal on the boat was already gone and nobody could address my issue. Lost money, never got a deposit. These folks kinda suck.
