We bought a used vehicle that was in the transmission shop less than 24 hours later. It needs a rebuild to the tune of $5500. When we called and talked to ****, the manager he said they DO NOT test drive their used cars anymore than the consumer does. The salesman indicated it had been checked out and they have their own service department. **** also said we should have brought it back to them, however, we already don't trust them because they said the car had been checked out. Buyer Beware....

BEWARE!!! When I purchased my vehicle and told the closer I DID NOT WANT TO ADD ANYTHING TO MY CONTRACT but would pay for *** INSURANCE without adding to my contract. I paid in seperate check for $1000.00. BUT after I got home I found he did add almost $5000.00 to my contract including the *** insurance for $995.00. I visited them regarding this matter and without even an apology after I showed them and spoke to the insurance company to cancel everything...they promised me a refund of my $1000. and to take it off my contract... read more

Valmark is the worst place I’ve ever taken my car too. I’ve taken my car to numerous dealerships and they always mention my key recall and I always waive the recall no problem. They demanded that they wouldn’t service my car or release my car unless I had my key changed. They proceed to check my car for a possible oil pump problem and said there was no damage. $3,500 later in repair’s I was on my way until 5 months later my engine failed took it back only to be told they knew my engine was damaged the whole time.
