Service advisor was professional and up front about cost of services. Some service quotes were exorbitant ($285 for a 5 minute job and $50 part). Other 4x4 service costs were high as well but worth the peace of mind re: doing them right).
Wonderful sales department. We have bought 14 Tahoe's over the years, many from Val Mark. I am using the single star as the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is one I'd avoid. Missed a by one week the free oil change for new cars with bad weather etc, kept my wife from getting in. Made no difference, they applied the charge. A Tahoe with less than 4000 miles and added a $40 as "fuel additive" for an oil change, to who knows where in the car, it is new! Very difficult and they love to use unnecessary add ons. User BEWARE.

Make sure they have the Ignition Interlock device off of the vehicle before looking at it. CARFAX!!!
