First time at Valmark for a recall on my ‘21 Tahoe. They forgot to secure the replaced part underneath the vehicle and I had to go back. I also asked them to assess squeaking on the front end of the car. They said the brakes and rotors were shot. Took it for a 2nd opinion and the brakes are perfectly fine but my struts are trash. So they either lied or didn’t actually look at it.

Horrible experience and extremely poor customer service. My sunroof began leaking after a freeze, so I immediately brought my Tahoe in to have the issue resolved. I was informed there were no rental vehicles available and that I would need to drive to Enterprise myself. At Enterprise, I was initially offered a Malibu, which is completely impractical as I have three car seats. I brought my truck to this Chevrolet dealership’s service center due to a very loud and easily noticeable grinding noise. The noise was obvious and clearly audible; however, the service department claimed they could not find any issue. Because I had stopped driving the truck out of concern for the grinding noise, the vehicle sat unused at my home and the battery eventually died.
