Unbelievable service, sat for over 2 hours there and still wasn't able to fix the issue. Charged way over the price of what it was actually supposed to cost too...I'll never be back to this place for anything!

Our son’s truck has been here for a few months. When we got his truck seat fixed, cost thousands of dollars and was repaired in under 2 weeks. The part is under warranty. Took it back because the seat motor did not last and now we call every week to check on status of part and get told est. time and then no time. Stay on GM and get this part rather than disregard or I’m left to believe that since we aren’t paying out of pocket maybe it’s not that important on your priority list?
If your purchasing a vehicle they will go above and beyond to make a purchase happen and be very polite, anything else and good luck getting an answer from anyone. Have been trying to cancel my vehicle service contract for months and no one is available. Even went into the dealership multiple times and apparently every one is always in a meeting or busy. Mentioned maybe buying a car and all of a sudden 3 people where available but unable to help once they found out I was not purchasing anything but needed to cancell the poli... read more
