Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Cuts you off middle sentence, and raised his voice at me. I would be fired from my Finance position if I spoke to 'y customers like this. I pay $1100 a month for this insurance and he suggested I take over the counter medicine for a cold and flu I cannot breathe and sleep. Will waste your time and money, now I have to pay to see a second doctor. $
