The customer service was overwhelming, they were all willing to help me find the best cross pendent for a gift to a friend. I very much pleased with my purchase.
We bought two Rolex watches from this store, and honestly, we feel completely misled. After checking the actual market prices, we realized we paid almost double what these watches normally sell for. That alone is a huge red flag. On top of that, the total amount we were charged does not even match the invoice we were given. We were told the price would remain the same and that paying in installments would add no extra costs, but the actual numbers turned out much higher than what was shown to us.
